Know Your Number: A New Menopause Cohort Is Launching This Summer

What if the brain fog, exhaustion, mood swings, anxiety, poor sleep, and “I don’t feel like myself anymore” feeling weren’t random?

What if your body has been trying to get your attention all along?

At Vitality Natural Wellness, we believe menopause is not something women should simply “push through.” It’s a major transition in brain, hormone, and metabolic health — and women deserve education, answers, and support during that process.

That’s why we created Know Your Number (KYN) — a guided menopause support experience designed to help women better understand what’s happening inside their bodies and what they can do about it.

And we’re excited to announce that our next KYN cohort launches June 29th.

What Is Know Your Number?

Know Your Number is more than a menopause program.

It’s an educational and supportive journey designed to help women understand:

  • Hormonal changes

  • Brain fog and memory changes

  • Stress and cortisol

  • Sleep disruption

  • Blood sugar and inflammation

  • Gut health and the microbiome

  • Nutrition for brain and hormone health

  • FSH and hormone testing

  • Lifestyle strategies for resilience and clarity

  • Hormone and non-hormone support options

Inside the workbook, Dr. Melissa McRae explains that menopause isn’t simply an ending — it’s a biological shift that changes how the brain communicates, processes energy, handles stress, and regulates inflammation. The symptoms women experience are not weakness; they are signals.

KYN was built to help women understand those signals with clarity and confidence.

Why This Matters

Too many women are told:

  • “Your labs are normal.”

  • “This is just aging.”

  • “You just need more sleep.”

  • “Stress is part of life.”

Meanwhile, they’re struggling with:

  • Brain fog

  • Fatigue

  • Anxiety

  • Weight changes

  • Sleep disruption

  • Mood swings

  • Sugar cravings

  • Feeling disconnected from themselves

These women are not “crazy” or “broken.” Their brains and bodies are adapting to major hormonal shifts. Understanding those changes can be life-changing.

What You’ll Gain Inside KYN

This cohort is designed to empower women with both education and actionable strategies.

You’ll learn:

  • How estrogen affects the brain

  • Why inflammation and blood sugar matter during menopause

  • How stress and cortisol influence symptoms

  • The role of the gut-brain connection

  • Why FSH matters

  • Nutrition and lifestyle tools that support clarity and resilience

  • What options exist for hormone and non-hormone support

Most importantly, you’ll realize you are not alone in what you’re experiencing.

A New Chapter — Not the End of One

One of the most powerful messages inside the Know Your Number workbook is this:

“Menopause isn’t a cliff. It’s a bridge.”

This season is not about fading.

It’s about understanding your body differently, supporting your brain intentionally, and stepping into your next chapter with knowledge and confidence.

If you’ve been wondering whether what you’re feeling could be perimenopause or menopause, this is a simple place to start.
