Aimee Talbott, FNP-c
As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-c) who graduated magna cum laude and who is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with special training from the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and the American Academy of AntiAging (A4M), Aimee's background provides a strong medical background to access acute issues while having tools to affect change on all levels to prevent and treat the root cause of chronic diseases as well.
Additionally, Aimee is trained in a technique originating from the Shaolin Masters of Kung Fu being implemented at Vitality as Core Belief Therapy. This functional medicine method helps the patient identify and remove any blocks they may have in their health and life goals while anchoring positive and life-affirming changes that will bring about success and internal alignment.
Most of us want to achieve our highest potential which means that it’s important to look and feel good to have an excellent quality of life. Aimee previously owned a body wrap spa which provided a wonderful experience to help patients get a jumpstart on their goals. This was the beginning of her love for aesthetics. Aimee is very excited about the treatments available at Vitality such as Microneedling, Sculptra, and PDO threads which build collagen in the patient to maintain a healthy and ageless appearance.
Aimee says "Dr. McRae leads by example and encourages providers to be on the cutting edge of rejuvenation and anti-aging research which is implemented at Vitality. Patients would otherwise have to wait 10 years in mainstream medicine for the treatments to trickle down. I love that Vitality doesn’t believe that only the elite should have access to these treatments and it’s thrilling to be a part of bringing a complete model of health care into people’s lives."
Balance is also a priority which is not only encouraged for patients but for providers as well. It’s a lifestyle. Aimee states, "I love knowing that as I continue to grow at Vitality, I get to bring home knowledge and health habits that will benefit my husband Stacy, my four sons: Zain (23), Laith (22), Oren (13), Shea (10) and daughter Grace (3) as well as the rest of my beautiful family. They are my daily joy and inspiration to live life to the fullest."

Kelli Cuda, FNP
Kelli is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a post-master's certificate in Functional Medicine. She received her BSN at Ohio State University and worked ten years in critical care. Ten years and two kids later, she returned to graduate school to fulfill her longtime goal of becoming a nurse practitioner.
"As much as I have gained from the immeasurable experience in health care, both
academically and at the patient’s bedside, it is my own personal health journey that defined my
path in functional medicine. During my last year of graduate school, I became ill. Suffering from
a wide array of symptoms and seeing six specialists within a year, I was eventually diagnosed
with Lyme disease. This diagnosis however was disputed between different disciplines and I was once again, left without a clear path. This led me to search for answers in an effort to regain my health. I attended a conference through the Institute of Functional Medicine at the Cleveland, Ohio, Clinic. I left feeling inspired and hopeful. This was the start of my journey in this field of medicine and I haven’t stopped learning since." Says Kelli.
Today she holds close not only the valuable professional and life experiences she has gained
over time but also her internal desire to become part of the exciting and evolutionary change in
health care. It is her desire to sculpt the paradigm of health care through education, prevention,
and wellness with functional medicine for the community in and around Columbus, Ohio. Her love for this chosen path is driven by the new-found energy and excitement patients experience when they are given the tools to heal.
Kelli has a loving husband of almost twelve years and three beautiful kiddos. She jokes that her side job is being their personal uber driver and lover of all their sports and recreation. She believes balance is key and laughter IS the best medicine.

Julie Young, BSN, RN
Julie Young, BSN, RN is a registered nurse who loves the opportunity to practice in a functional medicine environment and combine it with non-surgical cosmetics in and around Columbus, Ohio. She has found her niche with cosmetic injections - her favorite procedure is using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) with both microneedling and injections to stimulate collagen and fill in fine lines/wrinkles and lost volume in the face. "Patient reactions to their before and after photos are the best!"
Although Julie's friends and family all thought she would make a great nurse growing up, Julie thought she would be a microbiologist. Spending time with her brother in the hospital after an injury changed all that and Julie knew nursing was her calling. She graduated from Ashland University Dwight Schar College of Nursing & Health Sciences and is currently enrolled in their Doctor of Nurse Practitioner program. Julie is also a Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
Julie is a master injector with Allergan and Galderma. She specializes in combining advanced techniques using lifting threads, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators to create a natural and beautiful result.
