“At the end of the day - I want to help foster a community of women who care for themselves and those around them… I want to be a part of the change. I want to help end the stigma.”

I had a lot of incorrect assumptions about aesthetics before working at Vitality. I remember being told that women who did Botox looked older faster and that once you started, there was no stopping. Imagine my surprise when I learned that not only are there preventative aspects to Botox, but also long term benefits.

I wish I knew earlier that there were solutions to the problems I was facing. I had severe scarring from acne in my youth. I really thought it was something I would just have to live with.

If you had a briefcase full of rocks you had to carry everywhere you went, you wouldn't think twice. Every morning you would pick it up and start on your day.

If someone told you there was a way to put it down, wouldn't you want to put it down?

We all carry different things and it's ok to carry them but it's also ok to put them down. When I learned I could put my acne scars behind me, I did it. When I learned that Botox provided anti-aging benefits, I did it.

If you choose to put down the little things you carry, good for you. Let's celebrate the freedom, instead of shaming the decision.

At the end of the day - I want to help foster a community of women who care for themselves and those around them instead of looking down or shaming each other. I want to be a part of the change. I want to help end the stigma.

Technology is changing so quickly. I love being a part of a company that provides the best options. Whether you are looking for something that works naturally with your body or for something with long term effects, I am confident that Vitality will help you find it.

We pour ourselves out for those around us every day. Let's not forget to pour also into ourselves.
