Dr. Villalobos is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Lauren Thomas is a licensed physician assistant specializing in plastic surgery and injectables. Dr. Villalobos and his team at Mid-Ohio Aesthetics share our passion for excellence that you are accustomed to and are excited to work with you.
The emergence of this transition can be attributed to Vitality's unparalleled approach to patient care within the dysfunctional contemporary medical system. It was very important to Dr. McRae that when she created an association with a MedSpa, it met specific criteria for her patients. The director must be a physician and available– not just a “Medical Director” on paper. The MedSpa must understand the importance of “whole body health” and how that impacts outcomes with aesthetic procedures. And, the MedSpa must place the highest priority on patient care, service and outcomes. Mid Ohio Aesthetics fully met all of those criteria.

Questions You May Have
Q: I’m a VIP what happens to my membership?
A: You will not be charged by Vitality on Jan 1. You will continue to receive free sauna perks for 1 year at Vitality. When you go to Mid-Ohio Aesthetics for your first appointment (or their open house on Jan 17) you will have the option of continuing your membership with them. MOA will honor the monthly cost and perks you received at Vitality. Additionally, there will be new options added to the VIP membership as they have expanded service options like laser therapy and RF microneedling.
Q: I’m a Powell patient, can I continue using my membership and Botox discount?
A: You can! In fact, you are getting a sauna very soon and will also have full access to it as part of your membership. Current Powell and Delaware VIPs will enjoy discounted Botox as a perk to their new Vitality + membership in 2024! The transition of aesthetic patients to Mid Ohio Aesthetics applies to the Mansfield location only.
Q: I have an appointment scheduled with Vitality the first week of January - can I keep it?
A: Yes! We will honor your appointment here. If you choose to transition to MOA for this appointment, please let us know and call them to schedule. You will receive 10 units of Botox free on your first 2 visits to Mid Ohio Aesthetics as a courtesy from them.
Q: I have an appointment after the first week of January at Vitality - can I keep it?
A: MOA will honor your appointment - Vitality and MOA have a mutual goal to minimize disruptions in appointment dates and times that are already scheduled. Please contact MOA to confirm your appointment date and time. (614) 753-7759
Q: I love Christy and want to stay with her, can I?
A: Yes, Christy can see you in Powell or Delaware for your aesthetic needs. You can continue to call/text Vitality to schedule in those locations.
Q: I have a gift card at Vitality - can I use it at MOA or what should I do with it?
A: Your gift card can be used for any Vitality service or product. Skincare, facials, peels, supplements, etc. Your gift card cannot be used at MOA.

MOA is close to the Mansfield Vitality office, just about a mile away on Cline Avenue in the Mansfield Professional Colony

Q: Who will be doing my injections?
Lauren Thomas PA, has worked with Dr. V for 4 years. She is an Allergan Masterclass Injector and has years of experience in surgical and non-surgical aesthetics with Dr. Villalobos. Personally, Lauren is a serial athlete having played basketball at the collegiate level and earning All-American Academic Honors while in college. She has a Goldendoodle puppy named Tigg and is newly married. She has always been passionate about the skin as she excelled in her dermatology and surgery areas of training. She feels that working with Dr. Villalobos in the plastic surgery world and also non-surgical aesthetics is her “home.”
Q: What laser services do they have?
MOA has a wide range of laser services including radiofrequency microneedling, laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, spider vein treatments, hyperhydrosis treatments, hair restoration treatments and body sculpting treatments.
Q: How much do they charge for Botox per unit?
Your pricing currently will remain the same at $12/unit for Botox and $8/unit for VIP members. Even better, Dr. Villalobos will be giving you 10 units of Botox at no charge at your next two appointments. Our goal is to help our patients make as seamless and wonderful of a transition as possible if they chose.
Q: What happens if I don’t want to go to MOA?
You are free to choose another provider if you prefer not to go to Mid Ohio Aesthetics. It was very important that we created an association with a MedSpa that met specific criteria for our patients.
