MSN, CNP-BC, CPT, SFG-1
Jennifer Seiler, MSN, CNP-BC, CPT, SFG-1 is a Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for assisting others in feeling better by focusing on the problem rather than just the solution.
Jennifer grew up playing multiple sports and being very active. She graduated from Mt. Carmel College of Nursing in 1999 with her Bachelors in Nursing and went to work at Mid-Ohio Oncology and Hematology. Oncology was the one field she had no interest in as a nursing student, but her path was led for her and there she stayed for 16 years. In 2006, she graduated from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio with her Masters of Science in Nursing. She continued her work at The Zangmeister Center (dba Mid-Ohio Oncology) until 2009 when she went to work at The Arthur G. James Cancer and Research Center. Jen spent 4 years on the Hematology Inpatient Service which was mostly a Nurse Practitioner led service. In 2013, she was recruited back to The Zangmeister Center where she spent 2 more years as The Clinical and Operations Manager and continued to provide care as a Nurse Practitioner.
In those last 2-3 years in Oncology care, Jennifer continued to look at her own health and lifestyle, including that of her family and decided that she would further her career in the Health Promotion and Wellness world. In April 2015, she became a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and in June of 2015 a Strongfirst Girya (kettlebell instructor), Level 1. She walked away from Oncology in October 2015, when she opened her own wellness clinic in Powell, Ohio called J2 Wellness. There she focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, and fitness. In December 2016, Jennifer closed J2 Wellness and she began working with Dr. Melissa McRae at Vitality Natural Wellness and Medspa.
Jennifer is Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Ohio, maintains her Personal Trainer and Kettlebell Certifications, and is a member of NAPW. She attended the National Congress for Functional Medicine in December 2016. Jennifer continues to advance her knowledge in the field of Natural Medicine and Fitness.
Jennifer's hobbies include anything physical, being active with her two children, Jude and Tessa. She has been married for 13+ years to her husband, Matt. She loves learning new things and how to better improve our lives in a natural way.
Julie Young, BSN, RN is a registered nurse who loves this opportunity to practice in a functional medicine environment and combine it with non-surgical cosmetics. She has found her niche with cosmetic injections - her favorite procedure is using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) with both microneedling and injections to stimulate collagen and fill in fine lines/wrinkles and lost volume in the face. "Patient reactions to their before and after photos are the best!"
Although Julie's friends and family all thought she would make a great nurse growing up, Julie thought she would be a microbiologist. Spending time with her brother in the hospital after an injury changed all that and Julie knew nursing was her calling. She graduated from Ashland University Dwight Schar College of Nursing & Health Sciences, and is currently enrolled in their Doctor of Nurse Practitioner program. Julie is also a Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
Julie practices in our Mansfield office only. She performs hair removal, IV therapies, inserts pellets, dermaplane medical facials, microblading eyebrows, and more.
